Bob Witte founded Signal Blue LLC after working four decades in the electronic test and measurement industry. Bob is widely recognized as an expert in technological innovation, product development and electronic measurement. He has held executive level positions in R&D, technology planning, strategic planning and manufacturing with HP, Agilent Technologies and Keysight Technologies. Bob holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Electrical Engineering (Purdue University and Colorado State University) and a Master of Science in Management of Technology (MOT) from the National Technological University. Bob is a noted author, having written two books on electronic measurement and numerous technical articles.
